We adopt an integrated approach in the files, by tackling them in all their angles (corporate law, civil law, direct taxes, indirect…)
Our goal is to look further than appearances what allows uw to identify what is really important and in this way to gain efficiency.
We intervene in the stage of planification and we put into place and coordinate our actions with the different intervenors in the file. Our clients will have only one discussion partner who in all confidence will deal with their problem.
Defending your interests in your in interest !
The defense and representation of our clients in case of a legal dispute is obviously a part of our missions.
We prefer pragmatic, realistic and equitable solutions with respect to your rights. It is however not always possible to achieve these solutions without legal proceedings, which are in certain cases the most suitable. Our role is to enlighten you on their implications, to assure you and avoid a legal machinery without any sense, that would not be in the service of anybody.
We are very conscious that the advice we are giving could lead to contesting or become the object of litigation, our professioin reminds us a lot of divergent interests are playing.
Our will is to advise you in the most adequate possible way and we are ready to defend you if necessary, which is in our eyes an additional guarantee for quality.
However, we will discuss in any case the different options of a file before we act. Our action plan is realized in dialogue with our clients who receive advice but always take the most important decisions.
